If you have enabled the TOSHIBA TEMPRO monitoring tool and are experiencing problems with your laptop serial number not being recognised, you will be prompted to type in your serial number manually. Sometimes TEMPRO does not recognise a correct serial number as being valid.
If you still see an error message saying your serial number is wrong, click on the CANCEL button and it will then be accepted. Your serial number will then appear alongside your laptop part number at the bottom of the screen and TEMPRO will work as normal.
