AltGr key is displayed incorrectly on the Italian On-Screen Keyboard in Windows 8

    Document details:

 Model No.:
 Operating System:
Windows 8 - 32 Bit, Windows 8 - 64 Bit, Windows 8 - Upgrade
   more details...

Windows 8 does not display the AltGr key correctly on On-Screen Keyboard when the language input method is set to Italian. The letter "C" is displayed instead. However, the key still functions as expected.

Instead of the expected AltGr key (right next to Space), the on-screen KB contains a 'C' which (confirmed by Microsoft) is wrong, while function is correct, though. You may particularly be confused when entering the "@" symbol (requires Alt Gr key) as part of the MS Account ('Live ID') which is not possible in the expected way.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
